    Hi everyone,

    I’m curious if there are agencies using AI Voice Agents to answer incoming calls from customers looking for route/schedule information, fare info, etc., and also submitting lost and found queiries?

    We tend to get flooded with calls from summer visitors, many with the same common questions. I’m curious if we could use AI to improve customer phone support, and therefore allow us to redirect our staff to improve our in-person/walk-up customer service experience?

    If anyone can recommend a service provider or solution they’re using.

    If helpful to others, I’m told VIA (via intelligence) offers this service and we’ve had initial discussions with a company called lacy.ai – interested to see if we can move this forward. Generally, it sounds like there is a monthly charge depending on usage and then a $/min cost for each call, with features to help ensure calls are kept as short as reasonably possible. As well as settings so the ai agent is only used during specific times/schedule….interesting. We are considering trialing for a few months this summer.
