Introduction to Transit Planning for Sustainable Communities — In-Person Training at the Mpact Transit + Community Conference

CUTA is pleased to offer a special in-person delivery of its flagship Introduction to Transit Planning for Sustainable Communities program in partnership with Mpact at the Mpact Transit + Community conference in Toronto.

This expedited training program offers a practical introduction to transit planning and the role it plays in building stronger, more sustainable communities.

When: Monday, September 14 from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET

Where: Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, 123 Queen Street West, Toronto

Typically delivered virtually, this one-time in-person session will provide added opportunities for discussion, collaboration, and hands-on learning with industry experts.

The program will cover foundational topics in transit planning, including service design and evaluation, transit demand and supply, land use integration, integrated mobility, costing, and performance measurement.

This training is designed for transit planners and analysts, municipal and regional staff, transportation professionals, policy makers, early-career professionals, and others working in or around public transit.
