If helpful to others, I’m told VIA (via intelligence) offers this service and we’ve had initial discussions with a company called lacy.ai – interested to see if we can move this forward. Generally, it sounds like there is a monthly charge depending on usage and then a $/min cost for each call, with features to help ensure calls are kept as short as reasonably possible. As well as settings so the ai agent is only used during specific times/schedule….interesting. We are considering trialing for a few months this summer.
