Hi Bjorn, I’m a Wayfinding Planner at TransLink in BC. We have a three person wayfinding team including myself, a senior advisor, and a graphic designer. We do customer journey mapping, maintain our system-wide wayfinding standards, and design all of our signage and maps across the system.
