Are you a young professional in the transit industry looking to accelerate your career? Are you a seasoned transit professional willing to impart your knowledge to help the next generation? After three successful years, CUTA is enthusiastically seeking mentors and mentees to join our 2026 Leaders Building Leaders mentorship program.
Mentors and mentees are matched based on skill, experience and interest, and selection is based . on distribution, organization size and experience within the transit industry. You, or someone within your organization, can express interest in joining the program by completing this brief survey no later than November 21.
Mentors and mentees connect at least five times a year to share knowledge and experiences. Both mentors and mentees from previous years have formed lasting and valuable professional relationships, shared fruitful collaborations, and deepened their knowledge of the transit industry.
