How does Canada’s On-Time Perfomance compare? A global perspective

We’re new members of CUTA and wanted to share a recent global report we produced- The Mosaiq Global Public Transit Index, which measures On-Time Performance at eight locations worldwide- including Canada.

The Mosaiq Global Public Transit Index uses publicly available data to build referenceable insights and benchmarks for public transit agencies around the world.

Check out how Vancouver compares to places like Tokyo, Washington, Auckland and Stockholm and let us know your thoughts. We’d be interested to hear any challenges (or successes!) you may have had in measuring On-Time Performance.

Mosaiq is part of Snapper Services, a ticketing and transit intelligence solution for public transit agencies. We aim to enhance the rider experience and improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
