Call for abstracts are now open! We’re seeking engaging presentations that showcase innovative ideas, practical solutions, and real-world experiences across six programs, including:

  1. Growing Ridership & Customer Experience
    This stream explores strategies that attract, retain, and reconnect riders through service improvements, customer engagement, accessibility, communications, fare initiatives, strategic marketing, digital tools, and partnerships.

  2. Innovation, Technology & Industry Intelligence
    This stream highlights the use of artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, benchmarking, digital tools, cybersecurity, operational intelligence and performance measurement to support better decision-making, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and shape the future of mobility.

  3. Safety, Security & Operational Resilience
    This stream explores integrated approaches to passenger and employee safety, emergency preparedness, security, risk management, operational resilience, incident response, and partnerships that strengthen public confidence.

  4. Operational Excellence & the Workforce of the Future

    This stream focuses on workforce development, recruitment and retention, leadership, succession planning, organizational performance, fleet and asset management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient transit service.

  5. Sustainable Transit: Building Resilient Communities
    This stream explores practical strategies for reducing emissions and advancing climate goals through fleet electrification, zero-emission buses, charging infrastructure, climate resilience, sustainable infrastructure, energy management, and environmental stewardship across transit operations.

  6. Policy, Funding & Leadership
    This stream explores policy development, funding models, government partnerships, organizational strategy, research, and advocacy that support long-term transit growth, strengthen sector collaboration, and help shape the future of mobility across Canada.
